• A dynamic thermal water pool at 34º – 36º C with underwater jets, swan neck fountains, waterfalls and 30-minute bubble cushions, which are indicated for osteomuscular rehabilitation and relaxation.
• Aromatic Turkish bath at 45º – 50º C with a relative humidity of 99%. You can improve breathing by dilating your bronchial tubes and fluidifying mucus to eliminate secretions, which increases lung capacity and slows skin ageing.
• Chromatic, aromatic bithermal shower. We can tone up your body and nervous system, activate venous and lymphatic circulation of your limbs and reduce stress.
• The circuit ends with a rest session on heated stone armchairs.
